*HOW TO SIGN-UP FOR EVENTS:

• Login by entering your POA# and password then either click on SUBMIT or Member BO (Back Office) on the black tool bar at the top right of this page.
• Check the Events Schedule so you will know what type event you want to sign-up for such as Couples, Foursome or Pick Your Partner.  You will find this under the "Event Schedule" tab on the NAVIGATION MENU.
• In the Member BO you will see "Sign-up for an Event Click here!"  Click on Click here then follow the directions carefully.  Type both of your POA #'s in each slot then click SUBMIT.  Click SUBMIT once again to verify your names and the event.  When it is a "Pick Your Couple" event enter all four (4) POA #'s, yours and the couple that you have chosen to be partners with.  You will be e-mailed a list of all the couples in the Golf Group before the first PYC event.  Please note:  ONLY ONE (1) MEMBER OF THE TWOSOME OR FOURSOME IS REQUIRED TO SIGN-UP FOR AN EVENT.
• If you need help finding a couple to partner with or would like us to pair you up, send an e-mail to: hsv_cgg@yahoo.com
• Tee times will begin at 12:04 p.m., sign-up early to assure a spot!  An alternate list will be created, you will be notified if needed by Sautrday before the event.
• You will be notified via e-mail if you are in the event or if you are on the waiting list for that week. 
• If you have to cancel before the sign-up are downloaded (1 week before the event) you may do so on your BO site or e-mail hsv_cgg@yahoo.com.   

• Note: Please do not cancel on Chelsea after the tee times have been posted,  call Jerriann Nielsen, Pairings Chairman at 915-8750, as soon as possible.

• WEATHER:  First check the www.hsvgolf.com site for course closings then call pro shop for updated weather information.
